Ok, here are reasons why the fourth is related to Naruto:

Facts:
*Yondaime's real name is Uzumaki Arashi while Naruto's full name is Uzumaki Naruto
*Both are blonde, has blue iris, and some features
*Both are Jiraiya's subordinates

Theories:
*Yondaime is believed to be the Akatsuki leader, that's why he sealed the kyuubi to Naruto and wants it back.
*Some people said that Naruto is Yondaime, while others said that he has a connection to a hidden rock village lady but thier love is forbidden, so Naruto's birth was a sign of thier love
